can women engineers from outside dubai get jobs in dubai?

• hey i m a female civil engineer from Bangladesh.i was wondering if there is any opportunity for me to work in dubai as a structural engr?
  or the job market is only limited to the male engineers?

  Plenty of Jobs for Engineers if Exp more than 10 years.
  I am from India already worked in Bangladesh now in Dubai.

  you can, and plenty are available...although the delay in projects have reduced the demand significantly. you may have to wait a bit.
