Mother resident visa

• As per Dubai Law, both parents should be sponsored for resident visa. In my case, I have one brother who has a family of his own and my father is living with them. I have my mother now with me here in Dubai for a visit visa. My brother and I decided that I look after my mom here and he will do the same with my father. But my husband and I decided to take a resident visa for my mother here in Dubai. Is there any chance that we could sponsor her a resident visa without bringing my father here? What are the procedures??
