Will my pregnant wife get health support in UK visit...

• Dear sir/madam,
  
  I was wondering if the visa policy allow health care facility to pregnant women while they stay in UK? Can she give birth to the baby there? What is the specific guideline about that and where can we avail the service if there is any?
