Nationalvisa

  we need a nationalvisa to marry and living in Belgium. I am a german citizen and my girlfriend is a belarus citizen. we need special informations and hope that somebody can help us in this forum.
  1. we need a medical certificate and we want to know, if we can do this in belarus
  2. we can only speak german, russian and a little bit english. can my girlfriend do the visa interview in russian or german in the embassy of belgium in Moskau
  3. I have no earning, but i live with my parents and they can take care of my girlfriend. can we declare this in the visa form, how we can this, what do we need to declare?
  
  P.s. we wrote some e mails to the embassy in Moskau, and phoned to them, but we dont get a equitable answer
