Building in Bourgas

• I have just turned my land into development land, and now wishing to build on it. Has anyone done the same?
  What steps would i need to take? I.E for planning permission and all this, its my first house being built , and i don't want to be taken for a ride,
  Any help would be most appreciated,

  hello everyone
  I've got 10 houses for sale in jambol region which is the famoust one in bulgaria.there are around 400 couples in the region.the houses are still the cheapest ones in the village(village of General inzovo 45min from bourgas,and 15 from jambol) cause a bought them 5 years ago, and i'm the owner.if somebod is interested in that houses.i will be very happy to speak with him and give him any information not only for my houses for everything.I'm not sale house i'm selling HOME.
