Foreign people working in Germany

• Can anyone please give me advice whether I will have chance to get a job offer in Germany if I am not an EU memnber?
  
  I am from Hong Kong, having 6 years of corporate sales experience in HK, just graduated from MBA in University of Sheffield in U.K.
  
  I've sent some applications for sales and marketing English speaking job in Germany, but haven't got any positive feedback yet. If I understand German companies are willing to apply work permit for people like me, I'll be confident to continue the job search.
