for the job approaching

• i would apprecaite if someone could give the details for job agencies for getting the jobs in germany. also same how is hydraulics future i the germany?
  
  I would request if you know how to approach the employers to get the job? presently i have only 2 yrs exp only is it sufficient to get the job
