Broadband packages are paid monthly via bank transfer or direct debit. To get a broadband package, you will need to have:

  • ID (passport/ID card)
  • proof of address in Luxembourg (utility bills, rental contract…)
  • bank account details

After choosing the provider and package, there are two ways to get internet set up in your home. You can book an appointment for the provider to come and sort everything out (for no extra cost) or you can do it yourself with a self-installation kit. You can pick the kit up from the provider or have it sent to your house. It will include your modem and installation instructions.

If you are renting in Luxembourg, check to see if your landlord/landlady already has a broadband package. The price could be included in your rent.
