Working holiday

• Hi all, i had a question i hope someone could answer for me. A friend of mine is coming to holland and would like to stay here for 1 year. She is coming from australia. Would she need a working visa or is there something like a working holiday visa here as well. Who can help me out ??? Thanks danny
