Big Oppurtunity to work in USA!!! urgent requirement!!!

Here is what we need to accomplish ASAP on ‘Physical Therapist’ demand in the US with our client. I need 35 strong resources immediately.

Physical Therapists (PT) are in very high demand in the US due to a 2008 change in the Medicare reimbursement and a low supply of PTs. In 2002, the state of Illinois changed its education licensing requirements from a Bachelor’s (4 year degree) to a Master’s (6 year) degree ( I have not researched other states). An H1B requires a Post-bachelor education (Masters and above), thus qualifying a Physical Therapists for H1B. This fact has been confirmed by a court ruling declaring PTs qualify for an H1B. Nurses require a Bachelor, thus do not qualify for an H1B.

A Master's degree is required as the Physical Therapy (PT) licensing requirements are a Master's degree and the H1B follows the licensing requirements. The Master's degree is the key to us being able to do a H1B for Healthcare.

I have a major client seeking several dozen PTs. With any degree of marketing, I am confident I could secure other clients.

This year’s US H1B quota has not yet been reached. The door is open at this time. It will re-open October 1 for next year’s quota.

The basic requirements for H1B PT US immigration are:

· Taking Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (will confirm this for native English candidates).

· “Masters” (or above) Degree in Physical Therapy

· Visa credentialing to insure their prior education matches with the State’s requirements for licensure and it is required.

· Able to score 85% or higher on the Practice Exam & Assessment Tool (PEAT), information can be found on the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy website www.fsbpt.org

· Initial position is that applicant would be expected to pay for their expenses in prepping themselves for the VISA process and arriving here in the US. Once they reach US soil, their expenses would be taken care of by their new employer (our client).

Process Summary:

Phase I: Secure employable Physical Therapists for October 1st 2009. All successful applicants must become a licensed Physical Therapist to qualify for US employment. Apply for VISA Educational Screen: Takes 3 weeks for notification.

* Submit B1/B2 VISA for test taking purposes – takes 2-3 weeks.
* Register for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) in Hawaii, including sending Physical Therapy License Credentialing.
* Take the National Physical Therapy Examination.
* Register and take the Illinois Physical Therapy Exam (CPE) in Hawaii.
* Receive Passing Test Score: (notification takes 4-6 weeks after examination). Complete the Illinois Physical Therapy application. Note: only applicants with “Passing” test scores progress to Phase II. Applicant can take examinations up to 3 times, however will delay coming to the US until October 2010.
* May need TOEFL and TOE exam.

Phase II: Secure and Start US Employment starting as early as October 1st 2009.

* Match Employer with Applicant via tele-conference interview.
* Complete H1B paperwork
* H1B VISA is granted.
* Applicant travels to US to start work
* Applicant starts work and earning pay the next day after arriving in the US.

Phase II can start as early as after the VISA Screen has been completed and accepted.

Applicant documents to be submitted with the H1B application

8. 1 color and 1 b/w copy of passport pages for applicant (all relevant pages) and all accompanying relatives valid preferably for the entire period of expected US stay;

9. 1 color and 1 b/w copy of visa for applicant and all accompanying relatives;

10. 1 color and 1 b/w copy of I-94 card for applicant and all accompanying relatives;

11. Completely filled out office biographic questionnaire for each applicant and relative (attached);

12. 2 copies of all diploma(s);

13. 2 copies of university/college marks/grades;

14. 2 copies of detailed work experience history summary/resume;

15. 2 Copies of relevant certificates;

a. Proof of licensure or proof in process of obtaining licensure such as temporary authorization to practice;

b. Proof of passing visa screen or in process of obtaining visa screen certificate;

16. 2 Copies of SS card for applicant and all accompanying relatives (if applicable);

17. One photograph of applicant (passport style) and each accompanying relative;

18. 2 copies of documents evidencing relationships for accompanying relatives (marriage and/or birth certificates); and

Miscellaneous Notes:

If the applicant does not meet the requirements for licensing, the alien must leave the country within 30 days.

H1B: PT can come into the US PT Intern allowing the person to sit for the exam. They are employable if under the direct supervision of another Physical Therapist. Can be done immediately coming into the US. However if they don’t pass the examine, they will be forced to return to their home country.
