OMAN SALARY

• Hi,
  
  
  I have been offered to open a branch of foreign company in Muscat and was wondering waht salary I should expect, or ask for.
  
  The Rial is strong of course so sending home will not be an issue, however what should an expat managing a branch of a global company expect to earn?
  
  Also what are the expenses like in Oman, rent and food costs I assume are rather high?
