Job prospects with an online masters in business

• Hi everyone, I am a non-arab expat woman ,currently residing in Riyadh.I am about to complete my MBA from an online but accredited university from Pakistan.I want to start my career as a university teacher/instructor/junior lecturer in Riyadh.I need to know tht wht r the chances of getting a job with a reputed university in Riyadh ,with a fresh online masters degree but no experience at all.I would also like to know how the University authorities see online degrees in KSA.I am also planning to get some online certifications in teachers training from some reputed university in US,is this going to add any weight to my CV.What minimum salary I should be expecting as a fresher?All hepful suggestions will be welcomed.
