what is average basic salary for an electrical engineers in saudi arabia

• Can any one give me approximate figure of basic salary (in SAR) one can demand having an 5 years of engineering experience.
  
  I have got an offer from an big steel company from Jubail.
  they are offering an basic salary of 5000 SAR + 25% HRA + 10% TA.
  Medical free + 22days Paid holiday annualy
  Is this fine or should i ask for some rise in basic.
  please suggest as i have to reply in 4-5days.
