Advice re medical exam and HIV test for Iqama application?

• I have been working in Saudi Arabia on a 3 month multiple entry business visa. Shortly before it expired, I was transferred to Dubai dor a few weeks but I'm preparing to return to Saudi with an Iqama. I have all the required documents from my employer but I'm keen to avoid being stranded in the UK for weeks waiting for test results as happened to a colleague. Can I: Have my Medical exam and HIV test in Dubai and travel back to the UK to complete the application after I get my results? OR can I return to Saudi on a new business visa and take my medical and HIV tests there before returning to the UK to complete the application? (I don't suppose I could go through the whole process in Saudi if I return with a business visa)?

  i have done my MBBS from pakistan in 2000.now my husband got job in saudi arabia.can i get a job there or i have to give some exames for job.
