  If I am on Business Visa and want to send money to US/Canada, is that possible?
  
  I hear that a bank account cannot be opened while on Business visa.....how do we manage?

  sending money to other country is possible, you may have to use other service like 'Telemoney' or other similar services.
  
  i think it is not possible for anyone who is not a Saudi to get a permanent residence.
