KSA Driving License on the basis of Kuwaiti/UAE Driving License

• I will be relocating to Riyadh in a couple of months.
  
  I wish to know if Kuwaiti or UAE License can be useful in getting KSA Driving License. If yes, then do I need to bring along some other documents such as Traffic Clearance.
