Marriage permit

  I am a Filipino working here in SAudi Arabia for 3 months now. I am planning to marry here my fiancee from the philippines but i am still legally married in the Philippines (my annulment is denied). What is the quickiest way to go about this? Can i file a divorce in Saudi Arabia? What are the requirements in doing so? Grounds for divorce? Fees? How long?
