New Visa

• I am an Indian working last 12 years in Saudi Arabia, now I have got an another good offer in an another company.So I am planning to go on exit and come back.As per the new Saudi Law, NOC is not required to process the visa in India to come back to Saudi again. As I received the infromation from our Goverment Relation Dept, saying that; if I come back on another visa, the previous empoyer has the right to complaint to the labour office and they can force the new employer to sent me on EXIT again, is it true...kindly advise on this subject.
