procedure for getting the new visa as the old one has been expired

• i am married i travelled back to pak in 2007 but bcos of the overstay the visa gor expired now my husband has applied for my visa again but they put down the objection that the exit has not been given so how the visa will be issued in back to me i am really worried and wanted to get back to my husbands end as soon as possible my email add is [email removed]
