Rejected stamping

  I am a computer programmer. Recently I got an offer from Saudi and the employer send my visa to a travel agent in Mumbai. But the
  
  travel agent wants all of my certificates attested by embassy and the medical certificate.I have done all the attestation and completed my medical and send all the original documents(Passport,PG Certificate and medical report) to the travel agent one month ago.Now the travel agent is saying they rejected my passport stamping saying that iam a non-muslim.please help in in this regard. tell me how to re-apply for visa satmping thanks and regards
