Returning to saudi after exit stamped on the passport

• I was employed in a organization which i have resigned and i want to come back to saudi with other employer. I do not have noc from previous employer,
  my visa was 2 months work visa and i recieved aqama which i have returned to my employer upon resignation. I want to know how long is the ban period or what is the procedure to return bak to saudi on work visa
