Visa Questions

• I am getting a visit visa to come to KSA to be with my husband, can I fly into Bahrain and get my husband to pick me up from Bahrain Airport and drive into saudi??
  
  I most likely will have a single entry visit visa .... can this be changed to a multiple entry visit visa from within KSA?
  
  how does one go about this if it can be done?
