How can I get a work visa for Saudi Arabia? Is it possible if I don't have a job offer?

Dear Sir,

I Mr.Shaik.Imthiaz Ahammed from india. Sir i am fear of Almighty Allah.My intension is to serve my life at our Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) holy land. Because my mind and my young age wasitng in india. So i am strongly decided to serve at either MECCA or MADINA. But my financial position is not supported me to do this. So i humbly beg to you if any body help me to serve to holy land. 1>i got a visa for saudi arabia,but they didnt give me offer till now. so can i go to KSA on the basis of that visa. i am an electrical engineer.
2> sir is that visa comes in arabic language only, because the visa i got is purely in arabic.
