Dependent visa for wife in India for UK - I am already in UK

• Hi guys, I'm sure someone knows an answer to this query already but I am not sure and hence posting it.
  I know the entire procedure to apply for my wife's dependent's visa for UK. I recently got married in December and now had to fly back soon to UK due to minimal leave.
  
  I know all the documentation requirements.
  My Original Visa and Passport is required along with WOrk Permit but if I dont have then notorised copies are ok. I have done that arrangement in India already.
  
  The only hitch I am facing right now is, that I am living as a Paying Guest (PG) with my manager and hence there are no utility bills etc on my name yet. I am looking out for a flat which will be done soon in a week or so, but then waiting one month more for getting utility bills etc is the problem and we have to wait another 2 to three months. THe documentation in required docs by the Visa Facilitation Services states that Proof of Accommodation in UK is requried and hence I am a bit confused whether to apply now or wait?
  
  My manager has provided me with a letter stating that I am stayin in his house etc and there is also a small agreement he has made me sign for the rent I pay. Well I dont know if that is sufficient for applying the visa....
  
  All other documentation, etc is in place. I have my bank statements, everything in place but just this one thing is a big hitch. Can anyone advice?

  my advice would be to get this contract between you and your landlord attested by some on in UK (from some solicitors). Secondly also get a letter from your landlord, signed and attested. In the visa application mention that you are looking for a better accomodation. I hope its would not be a problem for you. All the best...

  i apply for the my wife visa but she didnt get the visa and one time i also do the apil but i also lose the apil so can my wife get the visa or not i am waiting for the all paper works and which type of paper wrok i need please give me suggestion

  i applied thrice and goot rejected
  sumbody plzzzzzzzzzzz help! i hate the uk embassy!
  Rejecting for allmost no reason!
