  • Aberdeen international student pre-requisites

When you go to study anywhere, the most important thing besides having the grades, is the finances for tuition and accomodation.

This would mean showing a sufficient bank balance and gaining admission to the college before leaving Canada. The university or college will also put together an approximation of living costs in the area. You would need to show finances for atleast one semesters tuition and living without working. I know its a lot but usually people just make a quick transfer into their account and back out again as they work and pay their way through college. However be very realistic about working..find out about when is exam time and be a bit conservative bout the number of hours u can actually work.

The accomodation can be taken care to an extent if you can get a letter for your girlfriend approving your stay at the place for FREE.

I studied in Aberdeen, at The Robert Gordon Uniersity to be precise, its a nice place, and the scots are lovely people. People complain about it being wet, windy and too cold.....its nothing like Canada, so you wouldnt have much problem. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any querries.
