The Philippine’s country code is 63. When calling the Philippines from abroad, you must dial the international dial out code of your country (00) followed by the Philippine’s country code, city area code and the number:
00 + 63 + city area code + local number

Calling a Philippine mobile phone from abroad is almost the same as calling a land-line phone. Dial the international exit code 00, than the country code 63, followed by the three-digit network provider prefixes (instead of the two-digit area codes) and the seven-digit mobile phone number.
