Dependent VISA for Germany

  My husband is working in Germany. Now i want to go there with him. How to apply for dependent VISA? What are the documents required? How long the process will take?

  Hi, If and how you have to apply for a visa mostly depends on where you're from. If you're a citizen of an EU or EEA-country (such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein etc.) you will not need a visa at all. If you're a citizen of a country that is currently not a member of the EU and also are not eligible for EU-citizenship you will have to acquire one. Depending on your country of origin this will be necessary after 6 months (for citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia etc.) or on the spot.
