moving with husband and newborn

  My husband has been offered 172k Australian (about AED600K) per year for a 2 year contract in Dubai. We'd be moving over there 6 weeks after our first baby is born. Can you live in Dubai for that amount? We'd need a two bedroom place and would want it to be furnished and in a good area. Would love to know what the good areas are. Can anyone give me an idea of whether or not it would be too much of a struggle? We'd be paying our own rent out of that amount

  you may get fantastic acomodation though furnished anywhere but will be better if you know where he has to work then i can suggest you the area for you.
  
  i beleive this will not be more than average AED 8,000 per month.
