• Considering sudden boom in economy and discord between builders and laborers and difficulty with families in meeting with demands, i see a rise in depression, crime, emotional problems with children and teenagers and with adults who did not benefit from "Rise of Dubai". There is help!

• Practise License - Dubai

  I'm not a doctor but I know quiet enought to say that medicine in Dubai in general SUCKS cuz if you're a doctor you actually have to know somebody in order to get a license for practise. And that seems impossible sometimes!!
  Sometimes all the people here seem to need to see psychiatrists.

• Psychiatry in Dubai

  It's true, in general Healthcare in UAE is not the best. But an exeption seems to be or become DHCC (Dubai Healthcare City). their aim is to make people trust in Medicine in UAE and not to travel abroad. Which means stay in the country and spend the money there...
  but however the whole quality control is done by Havard medical school, Boston USA. The licensing is very strict and 90% of the guys working outside DHCC would never get a license as a doc there.
  My personel experience with DHCC are very good. In psychiatry you should watch this:

  i am a dentist practising inb india where atleast 90% of the doctors are well trained and well educated and i am proud about it.In dubai ,especially In Al Baraha hospital ther are some cranky endodontist and other specialist who doesnt know the subject,doesnt speak clear english and knows just what our student here know in BDS.Has no clinical knowledge.they have just textbook knowledge.I pity all the patients who get treated by such doctors.it applies to all aspests of medicine too.first throw this idiots out and appoint some qualified doctors.
