regarding about permit for uae

• dear sir
  i would like to inquiry abt my passport wether its blacklisted for uae visa or not. i ramesh gurung holding nepalese passport no . 1869009 i was enter 25 sep 2003 in dubai for my employment and i had past almost 34 months with my sponser and i had cancelled and back to neapl. i had applied for dubai through aggencies but aggencies response me ur passport might be blacklisted.and plz i will be very greatful in your assistance.thank you
