Visa Runs

• The rules on visit visas seem to change almost daily. I've been reading about the hundreds of Filipinas stranded at Al Buraimi and elsewhere. Only a month ago, the boss of Dubai Naturalization said that Visa Runs were still perfectly permissable. Now it appears that after one renewal you have to return to your home country for one month. Does this apply to everyone? I am British and need to change my Visa mid-November. But now I'm concerned that when I fly out to Doha, I might not be able to get back?
