Work Visa in Dubai

• Dear Sir
  It was my dream to work in dubai and settled down overthere and it is going to true in near future becoz a company is inviting me to join the firm there but my question is that 1) will i survive in just 5000 AED salary ? 2) i am married so can i bring my wife there along with me and can she get the job? she is PG? how long i have to stay there to get the residence visa of dubai? kindly respond
