Want to extemd stay for 8 days

• Hi,
  
  I am from India and work for a small IT company.
  I am in UK on business visitor Visa for 8 days. My client invited me. Now there is our another client in UK only who want to discuss another project with me and want to stay for this for 6 more days. The visa I have got is valid for 6 months but I actually applied for 8 days only based on the invitation letter from my first client. Do I need to inform the embassy that now my trip needs to be 15 days and not 8 days ?
  
  Or since my visa is valid for 6 months, I do not have to inform this to Indian embassy in UK or India.?
