My appointment and aplication papers were stoled !! HELP !

• Im from Mexico, and Im going to study to UK on August 7. Ive got my appointment date for august the 28th but yesterday my entire suitecase with laptop and all papers were stolled. There I had my confirmation for appointment and application papers, now i cant get them through the web page cause they are deleted from 7 days !! how can i get received at the embassy with out the appointment confirmation paper?? I only have the e-mail, but the web page quotes thats not allowed... HELP ME PLEASE !!
