PROCEDURE
Buyer sends letter of intent to us responds with FCO and draft copy of
contract.
Buyer and Seller sign sales and Purchase Agreement.
Buyer comes down to Ghana for inspection and signing of contract.
Seller commences supplies based on the Agreement between
the two parties.
