Saudi Arabia Forums: more, please i want to know if the old employer who gave me the entry visa can ban me

please i want to know if the old employer who gave me the entry visa can ban me from entering ksa or not , can l make a new passport and get the new visa on it without communicating the old one , please it is urgent.
