INFORMATION AND HELP.....

• Hello all, In the case he or she as being given a residence to stay in UK, it will be a little hard to send him back beacuse he or she as not go against the law. I would advise anyone that wants to do that to seak for a lawyer and go to court,Beacuse that a chances or divorce and seperation in the UK and EU law.
  If he or she as clean criminal record and currently at that moment employed,i dont think it will be possible to send he or she back ONLY if other things r involve like u where forced or used, and that requires alot of evidence and prove.
  Can someone advice me on what to do after my EEA FAMILY PERMIT,it expires in 6months and am married to a romania who as to work for 12months b4 they get a residence to stay in UK,so what should i apply for b4 my 6months EEA FAMILY PERMIT expires and how long does it takes..?
