spouse visa
-
my husband was refused marriage visa in april this year , as they said that i was claiming tax credits ,( but i also work full time ) you have to convince the co that you wont increase the credits after your spouse joins you in the uk .
i also had a supporting letter from my mp ( this really does help)
we got granted the 2nd application last wednesday and he is on his was home as i write this , dont give up keep fighting them they will give you in the end , just keep praying good luck with your application any further questions contact me
