 Doing follow-up for the expedited production making strong communication with all the Factories for due time shipment.
 Attending the weekly meeting with all the senior Merchandisers as well as higher executives to be well equipped with much more varied knowledge in the trade to proceed on.
 To arrange meeting with all the Q.C’s for the assurance of quality product and train them up through monthly training program on quality.
 Sitting with the production as well as the General Managers about the new enquiry paper details for there better understanding to proceed on production
 Frequent correspondence with all the Merchandisers, production Managers and General Managers of all the factories.
 Time to time correspondence with our buyers informing them about the level of production and knowing from them about the new styling products.
 Making a good communication with all the owners of all the factories to have the production done as per our Demand timely and to have them made there best.
